You Have a Property for Rent. How Can I Apply?
You can download the Rental Application from our website and submit it in person with the application fee, or you can apply online by submitting the application and paying electronically. Please note that a $5 convenience fee applies for online payments. All prerequisites must be met before the landlord will consider your application.

How Can I Pay My Rent?
Rent can be paid electronically by completing the automatic rent payment form, or you can mail or deliver a check to our office at West USA Realty, Attn: Nunes Property Management, 2920 N. Litchfield Rd., #100, Goodyear, AZ 85395. If paying by check or money order, please ensure your property address is written on each payment item.
What Should I Do If Something Breaks at My Home?
For maintenance requests, please call our office or complete a work order request online. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, and that is the best time to reach us. In case of an emergency, contact us immediately.
What Are My Responsibilities as a Tenant?
Tenants often overlook certain responsibilities when renting a home. We place a high value on our tenants treating their rental property as if it were their own. To encourage this, we offer financial incentives for maintaining the unit in the condition it was received.We send out monthly reminders to assist with this process. These reminders may include tasks like smoke detector maintenance, air filter servicing, and landscaping requirements. By working together, we can ensure that all our rental homes remain in excellent condition, which also helps tenants secure a full refund of their security deposit at the end of their lease.Can I Request a Face-to-Face Meeting?
We enjoy meeting our tenants! However, because our schedules are often busy, we require all residents to make an appointment to meet in person. This ensures that we can serve you efficiently and avoid any unnecessary wait times.
